What is it?	Butterfly: The Art of Self Discovery
What's it about?	The Butterfly programme is a fun and effective way to learn more about yourself and make change happen in your life. The sessions raise self awareness, encouraging the group to consider their existing beliefs about themselves, and challenge negative beliefs that may be limiting their potential. The programme encourages women to recognise and celebrate their skills, abilities and achievements thereby increasing self esteem, confidence, and resilience. Participants join other women to support one another in personal challenge, growth and change.
Who is it for?	This is ideal for you if you: Want to meet and work together with other women Are willing to open up and talk to others Are keen to make changes in your life Want to feel more in control and confident in your life
