The Butterfly Programme

The Butterfly Programme can be used to improve engagement in training, build and develop teams, develop leaders, implement change and understand barriers to performance.

Participants take time out of the workplace to consider their own development and approach to work. The group take time to consider their goals and aspirations. They reflect on the beliefs they have about themselves and how those beliefs contribute to personal performance and the performance of the team. Together the group plan changes and improvements that start with their own attitudes, leading to real changes in behaviour back in the workplace.

Through facilitation, the group are encouraged to become self sufficient so they can continue their development back in the workplace integrating the new learning for lasting change. This is transformational learning in action, as the group not only attain new skills, but understand how their attitude towards new skills impacts on their ability to implement new behaviours.
