The Butterfly Programme is the latest offering from the Butterfly project, an innovative project set up with funding from the LSC, to research and implement ways of raising the aspirations of women within the North East.
The Butterfly Programme is built on a learning network model, where a group of like minded people come together with a common purpose to develop, learn and grow within a creative, fun and supportive environment, aided by an experienced facilitator.
Participants will attend 8 two-hours sessions with an experienced Butterfly Facilitator at your place of work and will also get access to an online resource including case studies, research and mentors. If you would like to find out more then please complete the enquiry form below.
