You may already be familiar with Weight Watchers, Business Networking and other successful support groups that are there to help you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
The success of the organisations that provide these opportunities is driven by the support you can get from being part of a group.
These support groups focus on specific goals you wish to achieve in life, whether that be weight loss, finding new business contacts, getting fit, meeting new people and more.
The Butterfly Programme's Learning Networks are all about raising the aspirations of women within the North East.
The Butterfly Programme will provide a learning network in response to an identified shared need of a group of women. Therefore it is not only solution focussed but need focussed. Once the group, or the need is identified we can facilitate the network.
Networks may include women building their careers, those who have their own business, women in the community, parents, women returners and also female students in education.
The aim of the learning network is to facilitate support from the group. Learning networks are powerful because it is much easier to achieve your goals when there is a room full of like-minded women who can provide support, and learning experiences.
The networks won't end at the end of the 8 sessions. The online Butterfly Network will allow you to continue to keep in touch with your network and also attend larger Butterfly events where you can share your success stories with other women who have attended other Butterfly Learning Networks.
